Debra Scott

Debra Scott serves as ReStore Manager at Flatirons Habitat for Humanity, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization's home improvement retail store. With more than 10 years at Flatirons Habitat, Debra has played an important role in supporting the ReStore's growth, creating a welcoming shopping experience, and helping generate funding that supports the organization's mission of building affordable homes throughout Boulder and Broomfield Counties.

Debra began her journey with Flatirons Habitat as a cashier before advancing to Assistant ReStore Manager and ultimately ReStore Manager. Her hands-on experience across multiple areas of the store has given her a deep understanding of retail operations, customer service, team leadership, and the vital connection between the ReStore and Habitat's affordable housing mission. She is passionate about fostering a positive environment for customers, donors, volunteers, and staff while promoting sustainability through the reuse of donated building materials and home goods.

In addition to her work at the ReStore, Debra has volunteered at Flatirons Habitat's BoulderMOD factory, supporting the organization's innovative approach to creating affordable homes for local families.

Outside of work, Debra enjoys spending time with her family, participating in 5K races, and staying active through outdoor recreation and fitness.
