During Women in Construction Week (March 2–7), we’re shining a spotlight on the incredible women who build our communities. Come swing a hammer alongside them!

Every other build day in March is open to women and women-led groups of all backgrounds and experience levels. Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned pro, there’s a place for you on our site.

Our special theme builds are also fundraisers — you can:

• Join as an individual

• Sponsor a crew of amazing women

• Rally your friends, coworkers, or community and fundraise together
