Laurie Staniforth

Laurie Staniforth is the Operations and Human Resources Manager for Flatirons Habitat for Humanity and has been a dedicated member of the affiliate team for nearly 14 years. She oversees key organizational functions including human resources, payroll, accounting coordination, insurance administration, compliance, and office operations, helping ensure the organization runs efficiently and effectively in support of its mission.

With a professional background in mortgage banking, recruiting, and order management, Laurie brings extensive experience in operations, relationship management, and customer service. While she values her professional accomplishments, she considers her greatest achievement to be raising her now-grown triplets.

Laurie is passionate about affordable homeownership and believes everyone deserves the opportunity to build stability and generational wealth through owning a safe, affordable home. She is especially excited about Flatirons Habitat’s modular housing factory and its potential to help more qualified families achieve homeownership sooner.

Outside of work, Laurie enjoys spending time with her husband, children, family, and friends, and loves cooking, gardening, and reading. Her dedication to both her family and her community reflects her belief that strong homes are the foundation of strong, thriving communities.
