Kenia Farias serves as the Assistant Quality Assurance Manager for BoulderMOD at Flatirons Habitat for Humanity, where she supports quality assurance processes, compliance standards, and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization’s modular housing program.

A bilingual professional, Kenia brings experience in quality management, team leadership, and customer-focused operations across the biotech, technology, and retail industries. She has a strong background in operational oversight, employee training, and process improvement, with a proven ability to enhance efficiency and support high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.

Kenia’s technical training in software development complements her analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing her to approach challenges with both a quality-focused and technology-driven perspective. She is passionate about continuous learning, operational excellence, and supporting Flatirons Habitat’s mission of expanding access to safe, affordable housing.

Outside of work, Kenia enjoys exploring the natural beauty Colorado has to offer with her husband, whether hiking scenic trails, discovering new mountain towns, or spending time outdoors with family and friends.
