Danielle Hermon

Resource Development Director

Danielle Hermon serves as the Resource Development Director for Flatirons Habitat for Humanity, where she leads fundraising, corporate partnerships, major gifts, marketing, communications, and community engagement efforts that advance the organization's mission of building homes, communities, and hope throughout Boulder and Broomfield Counties.

With a career spanning nonprofit leadership, education, marketing, and the performing arts, Danielle brings a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and relationship-building to her work. She is passionate about connecting individuals, businesses, foundations, and community partners with meaningful opportunities to make a lasting impact through affordable homeownership.

A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, Danielle believes that every relationship has the power to create positive change. She is committed to sharing the stories of Flatirons Habitat families, volunteers, and supporters while inspiring others to invest in a stronger, more equitable community. Whether cultivating major donors, developing innovative partnerships, or leading community events, Danielle is dedicated to helping ensure that more local families have the opportunity to achieve the stability and security of homeownership.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys going to concerts and theatre, working out, spending time with family and friends, and continuing to perform in local theater productions. She is the recipient of a Colorado Henry Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Musical, a testament to her lifelong passion for the performing arts.
