Dan McColley, Ed. D.

Dan McColley serves as Executive Director and CEO of Flatirons Habitat for Humanity, where he leads the organization's efforts to expand access to affordable homeownership across Boulder and Broomfield Counties. Since joining the organization in 2024, Dan has led a period of significant growth, including the launch of BoulderMOD, the world's only Habitat for Humanity-owned modular home factory, and the expansion of Flatirons Habitat's housing pipeline and community partnerships.

Dan brings extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, strategic planning, fundraising, board governance, and organizational development. He has helped secure millions of dollars in philanthropic and public investment while building partnerships among local governments, businesses, faith communities, and volunteers to address the growing need for affordable housing.

An active leader within the Habitat for Humanity network, Dan serves on the U.S. Council for Habitat for Humanity International and is a frequent presenter at regional and national conferences on nonprofit leadership, affordable housing, and innovative construction methods. He is also a member of the Forbes Nonprofit Council.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys gardening, exploring Colorado with his partner, Santosh, and finding new ways to connect people around the shared belief that everyone deserves a safe, affordable place to call home.
