Flatirons Habitat for Humanity and Flatirons Habitat for Humanity Community Housing Development Organization recently announced the opening of a beautiful cooperative living home in Broomfield. We are accepting rental applications for 8 single rooms in this house.

 

At Cottonwood, everyone appreciates a friendly hello. Or enjoying a stroll in the park on a beautiful Colorado day. Chatting with friends over hot chocolate while the snow falls outside. Living at the Cottonwood House is more than just renting an apartment. It’s belonging to a community.

 

What is cohabitative living? 

 

Cohabitative living communities are designed to foster connection. They are physical spaces that allow neighbors to easily interact with others outside of just their private homes. A collaborative builds relationships and fosters connectedness. At Cottonwood House, residents have their own private space while sharing a common area that includes a kitchen, living/dining room, library, community garden, and more.
