After two decades, Helen Rodenburg’s home is chock full of fond memories. One thing especially sticks out for Helen, though: congregating with her four children around the dining room table. “It became a celebratory place to meet,” says Helen. “It was the place to share and to pray together and to cry. A big welcome to our new AmeriCorps National Members!
This week we're welcoming two new AmeriCorps National members to our team. Zach Payne and Jorge Lehman-Gonzalez will act as Construction Crew Leaders for the next year, overseeing operations on the construction site as we move forward with several new builds. Jorge comes to Colorado from Atlanta, GA. He wanted to take a year off to travel before college, but also wanted to spend the year learning, working, and making a difference.
