In September 2009, construction began on one of two 4-plexes in Northfield Village in North Boulder off of Jay Road and 47th St. These 3-bedroom units will incorporate energy, efficient and sustainable building methods including solar. Heading out to our site?
The construction site is located near the Southwest corner of Jay Rd and 47th Street. Our four-plex building is on the northwest end of the lot and has Habitat signs on and near it. Our building is the only home with solar PV panels on the roof. You can access the lot off either Jay Rd and Lonetree Court or off of 47th Street.

Lutheran congregations in our service area are raising funds and volunteering to build with us on our Northfield Village construction site in Boulder through this partnership.
