3. When your eligibility form is received by the office, you will then receive a phone call from the Director of Family Services to confirm that we have received the form and instruct you on the next steps of the application process. This form is not an application.

4. Once FHFH begins construction on a home that meets your needs, you will begin the application process. This is a 30-90 day process and includes an application intake, financial review and home visit. Habitat is a long term housing solution; it may take 1 - 3 years to complete a Habitat home.
